How I can help
My practice is based on Positive Psychology, Solution-Focused Therapy and Appreciative Inquiry. These disciplines all share a view that when it comes to helping individuals flourish and thrive the key is focusing on the positive in order to implement change and improve well-being.
When working with organisations, schools and groups my courses and workshops are always very practical, giving participants opportunities to practice what they are learning. I help them discover their strengths and teach them key Positive Psychology concepts which will help them master their mental health and improve their well-being.
As a Person Centred Therapist, my clients are always at the heart of my practice and so my approach is always tailored to suit their individual needs.
Qualifications
One of my core strengths is a love of learning and I believe that continual training enables me to learn more about myself which continually improves my practice and the support I can offer my clients. I have trained and worked in various fields including, Coaching, Positive Psychology, Counselling, Vocational Rehabilitation, Motivational Interviewing, and Mental Health. My qualifications include:

I support you by getting you to acknowledge your unproductive and negative thought patterns to then changing these to positive beliefs about yourself. I help you feel more empowered and confident in your own skin. I introduce you to a variety of different Positive Psychology interventions that will support you in daily life to increase your well-being and happiness.
